Thursday Morning

During mass this morning, we learned about Jesus and why he had to die on the cross. After mass, we came back in the classroom and designed a vegetable garden with our table. Then we went to recess and had a very fun music class with Mrs. Casteel. Around 10:15, we listened to the story, "The Talking Vegetables." We worked on sounding out some words using our sound of the week /u/. Then it was time for reading centers. Some of us used the big letters to spell out our names, some went to the computer, others went to reading games. All too quickly, it was lunchtime.
